New post-doc fellow in CAMK Warsaw, Poland
Henryka Netzel obtained her PhD at the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center in Poland. Following her doctoral studies, she conducted research at Konkoly Observatory in Hungary and later at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland, focusing on classical Cepheids and RR Lyrae stars. Her work utilized photometric and spectroscopic data to explore non-radial modes and modulation phenomena.
She joined the Araucaria project, where she aims to develop new reddening maps for the Magellanic Clouds.
