Obituary notice
With great sadness we inform that the Araucaria’s member, Zbigniew Kołaczkowski, passed away on September 22, 2018.
Zbigniew joined the Araucaria Project in 2017, bringing to the team his knowledge of variable stars and peerless observational skills. He was a devoted scientist, a dear friend, a strong and merry person. He has contributed to our professional and personal lives with his passion and motivation, and these qualities will remain among us and grow stronger.
